We've all seen HotMail, and Yahoo mail - but what if you want a real POP email account?

I'd love a POP email account! What is it again?
The main difference between a pop email account and a service such as hotmail or yahoo, is simply this - pop! Pop stands for Post Office Protocol, and is the most common type of email account around. Your ISP email account is probably POP.

So why POP instead of a service such as hotmail or yahoo? Easy. Pop allows you to read your email via external applications such Outlook Express, or your favorite email client.

You can also use third party software packages such as SpamBlitzer to remove spam emails.

And just like hotmail or yahoo, you can get free pop mail!
